West Australian emergency services have issued a red alert for Tropical Cyclone Joyce, as it intensifies off the West Kimberley coast near Broome. The category one storm has sustained wind gusts of up to 120km per hour. A warning zone has been declared for Cape Leveque to Port Hedland.
