Smells like Autumn. Autumn smells great. And what does it taste like actually? So have a go at sticking your tongue out. Isn't it a great noise? It's one of the best noises ever. Because we're British. We're quite awkward. To begin with the feelings are quite mixed. But once people start to get into it, people start to relax and embrace it fully and the feedback is, nine times out of ten, absolutely brilliant. I was medically discharged from the army in 2010 with PTSD, OCD and anxiety disorder after my tank was blown up in Iraq. So from sleeping two, three, four hours a night, I'm now sleeping six, seven, eight hours a night just through doing forest bathing.Hugging a tree was fantastic. It's something I would never think of ever doing. And it was lovely just to be able to feel the tree and to feel the strength of the tree. And it was brilliant. I loved it. Has anybody heard the term an earthing or grounding? No. It's essentially getting skin contact with the earth. So whip your socks and shoes off. Very invigorating, just nice not to have heavy clumpy boots on, socks on, cramp in your feet all the time. Just nice and free really. Lot more relaxed than when I started, yeah. Nice and peaceful, lovely environment. Just really calm and chilled out.
